I went to APPLE store at BKC Apple store.I bought Apple iPhone 14 pro max 1 aTB deep purple purchase on 5th may 2023.I was not able to swipe my card so Apple executive name Jayesh M told me do online purchase via their desktop and click pick up at our BKC store.After I picked up my APPLE IPHONE 14pro MAX But They not provided me invoice.They say it’s online purchase so I will get invoice in my email,but I have not got invoice my email.I called their customer care so many times but they are giving wrong information that to contact BKC store manager and he will give you invoice printout.But store manager argued me and told me to don’t come back here as we can’t provide you invoice as it is online purchase at Appl.com via Netbanking.And customer care said we have escaped to senior department and I will receive invoice within 48 hours.but after she told me they are unable to provide me invoice and meet awoke store manager at BKC MUMBAI.But Apple Store Manager told me not to come back.The BANDRA BKC STORE MANAGER WAS WORST.He told me not to come back.It’s like I have made big mistake buying Apple iPhone.none of them are providing me invoice.
