Dear sir,
My self Rajesh Kumar, And my Vodafone mobile number is 9213965664. Last time i recharged my Vodafone mobile number with Rs.205 (This offer show in my Vodafone mobile with Unlimited calling for 56days and 3GB internet facility) on 24th May via Phone pay (because my previous recharge was expired on 23rd May) and that time the recharge was successful and the same image i have attached with this mail you can also check but it’s not activate at that time. May be it’s take more time as i am thinking but its not activate till the mid night of 23rd May then i call the customer care to resolving my issue then he say your recharge is successful as per offer but it’s not activate so i registered your complaint & your services will start before 27th 6PM of this month (complaint No 3047180116) then i say you taking more time for this issue please transfer my call to your senior executive as i told him then he say ok but he didn’t not connect it and leave my call on Hold as you can see i also attached the image of my call duration was 36Min then i disconnect it manually when no one responding from half an hour.
After 27th May till 6PM my recharge is not activate yet. And now i call to customer care in the morning of 28th May then he(Utkarsh yadav) say i lodge your complaint it will resolve within 2days (complaint No 3048079608) when i told him you already take 4 days for the same issue why you want more days then he say it’s take time then i tell him please transfer my call your senior executive he send to pooja and then i tell my all story as i mention in this mail then she tell me sir can you please send me the picture of your recharge offer but when i checked my Vodafone mobile offer then its disappeared from offer list. And she tell me this type of recharge is not available in your offer list and then last line she tell me “do want you want to do i don’t care” .
So the complete issue is this and i have attached all related images whose help you to resolve my issue fast.
Start my services as soon as else give me my money back in my (phone pay account).
