Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that my mobile number is 9953976582. This is a postpaid number. There was a call on 18/08/2021. that call came to me because I owed your outstanding bill 886.72 to me. but your employee who called me told me that whatever your bill for the last 1 month will be refunded to you. you deposit the old bill 440/-. and after he told me, i also deposited the payment. and that money has not been credited and refunded to my account.
Kindly: I request to you please refunded the my amount in my account after that please change lower my postpaid plan because of i have not use the internet tis number.
