Dear Sir,
I have multiple connection with Airtel DTH with customer ID 3022064705.I have already select my plan on both connection as per TRAi,but my first connection is disconnected by service provider,even already payment I have done.After contacted with customer service executive on following number 03344448080 and 9955148080 they always miss communicate us and show their inconvenience caused in Thier system.Even they not continued supply my first connection.
They are not giving me the guidelines to recharge the multi connection.
