On 12.12.2018 there were 6395 loyalty points in my account and I was asked to make next purchase to avail free gift. On the next day i.e. on 13.12 2018, I was warned thaton 12.1.2019 your 1199 points will expire if you will not redeem by repurchasing product. Hence on 28.12.2018 I ordered for 7 bags worth RS.999/- and paid ₹999/- on 6 1.2019 against delivery. Now on 9.1.2019 Instead of crediting 999 loyalty points in my account they arbitrarily deducted 1000 points and showed balance of 5395 and till date they have not credited 999 points in my account.Thus they have deprived me of free gift and also 1000 (deducted)+999 (short credit for last purchase made),total 1999 points. On 21.12.2018 they also hanged snother sword on on my head that another 1199 points will expire on 20.1.2019 if I will not redeem. If total point 1000+999=1999 are not credited to my account they will not send me free gift and will also deduct (expire) 1199 points.I was asked to contact Mr Wasim Shaik on mobil eno.9223457000, I tried many times but it is always found switched off. I m 67 years old Senior Citizen. Please get me justice with damages for bothering me mentally with cheating unfair trade practices. This complaint is against Napptol, BEFOOKIBG people round the clock by running its own channels on TV
