We purchased an AMC for our Kent RO purifier from Aqua RO India. Their Service engineer, Sumit Upadhyay, during one of his Service visits, asked us to sign for AMC that will benefit us in Service and share part costs. We paid the charges for AMC on 21.4.2023, valid till 20.4 2024.
However, when we called him to inspect 2 leaks from the machine on 4.6.2023, he asked for the location of our house,which we did but he did not come up. Again, we reminder him to come to attending the complaint on 9.6.2023 but he did not even reply.
We paid Rs. 8500 for the AMC and it now looks a case of fraudulent activity only to cheat us.
Please help us resolve the issue and return of our funds. Their invoice is attached herewith.
