I had signed a service and maintenance contract for my water purifier with ‘Aqua Pure Jal’ by Agamya Enterprise. The contract was signed for Rs. 3600 for a period of 3 years from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2020. The service binds them to repair and replace all the parts and components of the purifier if and when needed.
Today the service technician who visited my home diagnosed that the circuit of the purifier was not working and needs replacement for which he is asking me to pay additional Rs 2260. (More than 50% for what I paid for the service and maintenance contract in less than 1 year)
‘Aqua Pure Jal’ by Agamya Enterprise have been cheating and scamming people all over Mumbai. (Search on google ‘Aqua Pure Jal’ ; multiple complaints have been launched at multiple forums)
