GST Registration No:23GDKPP7469H1ZX They charged 500 rupees for installation their mechanic Devender came 8am early morning without informing us .He opened purifier box himself and realised that company didn’t send auto switch in that he called his manager and manager asked him to bought missing item from nearest market and do the installation as it was 8 am no shop was opend at that time he came back after 45 min and said all shops are closed we asked him to come later with the missing part he insisted that he will handle it without asking he opened by old purifier and take out auto switch and put that thing in new purifier and said he will bring new one in afternoon and will replace it since then I am complaining purifier stopped working after every 15 days .After LOt of arguing They send mechanic Name sindu to our place and said installation is not done properly and auto switch is
not working .he replaced it and purifier started working and again its hardly one month it again stopped working and now the want service charge of Rs 350 within 2 month of buying this prduct First of all they send me defective piece and now they’re saying that every time mechanic visit we need to pay 350 rs service charge this is purely fraud I have all the telephonic records and chats with me .they are fooling us I want my money back .Amazon is also misselling this product they have mentioned MRP as Rs 25000 and selling this product at 5200 .it is even not worth Rs 5000.
