On Aug 29,2019 I had booked my train tickets through irctc e-tickets but my unlucky the ticket gets waiting list then the day after I gets into the trains automatically I cancelled my reservation tickets weather its not conformed, then after amount have to refundable said by the irctc even till date I cannot get refund of money 590rs still not available on my account. The irctc make taken my money then I am poor and in this I want to request to refund my money through the account
