Respected Sir/Madam,
With due respect, I sandeep rajendra suryawanshi writing this email to get you in attention on my RHINOFIN CEASE-TERMINATED Personal Loan A1019EJRNPLE
However as per recent CIBIL and in other bureaus record my account is not been updated as settled correspondingly my CIBIL report is reflecting similar Amount overdue and written off this is impairing my capacity to seek financial assistance.
As per the mail received from your end, I have fulfilled my obligations towards your financial institution by clearing all the pending dues.
However the same has not been reciprocated by you.
In accordance with Section 19 of the Credit Information Companies Act 2005, you are in the capacity of a Credit Institution which is in possession or control of credit information, who shall take such steps (including security safeguards),
to ensure that the data pertaining to the credit information maintained by you is accurate and complete so that your customers would not face any kind of issue.
I kindly request you to make the necessary alterations in your record so as to redress me of the grievance caused on account of the delay made by the bank.
