Text of Complaint by guni shetty satish:

when i trade,
1) before i saw the comission it shows 8 dollars-so i trade with 100 dollar but when trade open they take comission 90% of my money so that i lost my money because of the fault information shown .
2)again i immediately trade with 1 dollor then the comission shown as usual like 0.9%,
3) then again immediately i trade with 200(100+100) dollor, it takes 90% comission.

4) when i contact customer care first they say they take the request next day when i ask about the request they are saying it will be like that only when at the peek times.

5) here they are displaying one comission and taken different amount comission ,they are not agree that it was application error,they are like blaming me only.

6) from that incident i am facing so much of mental pressure and also i lost my money.
7) i am demanding the loss of my money-25,000 rupees and for lose of mental peace-2,50,000
