I received the damaged product on 1st of August. Since then, have been following up with them for a replacement. I have been given 8 issue resolution dates and now the complaint is closed at flipkart’s end without any intimation. They have refused to register further complain. The seller already has many many complaints registered against him. He is in the business of fooling people. Flipkart has refused acknowledging the same. I have spoken to 20 customer care executives, 3 Sr.executives and 2 social media team managers till date but in vain.
