I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have encountered with a recent online purchase made through the e-commerce platform Flipkart. The seller in question is Hydtelretailssales, and the product in question is the Apple Airpods 2nd Gen, which I ordered on December 25th, 2023. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the Apple Airpods were not in new condition, as advertised, but rather were refurbished. Additionally, one of the airpod grills has a faded color, indicating a significant defect. Concerned about the quality of the product, I promptly contacted Flipkart’s customer support to initiate a return and seek either a replacement or a refund. Regrettably, my initial request for return was rejected by Flipkart. I believe that as a consumer, I have the right to receive products in the condition they were advertised, and I am entitled to a resolution when the received items do not meet the specified standards. I kindly request your intervention to address this matter and ensure that I receive either a new, non-defective set of Apple Airpods 2nd Gen from the seller Hydtelretailssales or a full refund for the purchase. I have attached relevant documents, including order details, pictures of the defective product, and communication with Flipkart’s customer support, for your reference.
