IMMEDIATELY TAKE ACTION AGAINST LG ELECTRONICS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHATSUP SUPPORT, SINCE THEY ARE IGNORANT AND UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE GRIEVANCE OF THE CUSTOMER, AND TALK IRRELEVANT AND REPLY STUPIDLY

BETTER TO CLOSE DOWN THE CUXSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WILL BE A BIG SAVING FOR LG ELECTRINICS AND PROTECT THEIR IMAGE

I HAVE 2 WORKING REFRIGERASTIORS, AT ERNAKULAM AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS
FLAT 9 B, GOLDEN ORCHIDS PHASE 2, BCG BUILDERS, RUBY LANE, THAMMANAM, ERNAKULAM 682032
ONE IS A LG DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE CAPACITITY 280 LITRES AND DOES NOT USE STABILISER, BEING A RECENT MODEL CAPABLE OF OPERATING FROM 110 TO 300 VOLTS
SECOND SINGLE DOOR LG REFRIGERATOR WORKING USING STABILISER TO TAKE CARE OF VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION, AND WORKING SATISFACTORILY
DUE TO PANDEMIC WE ARE NOT TRAVELLING BEING SENIOR CITIZENS AND STAYING AT MUMBAI WITH OUR SON
BOTH FRIDGES ARE ALMOST EMPTY, AS THEY ARE NOT USED, AND FOR NEXT ONE YEAR WE WILL NOT GOING TO ERNAKULAM
CAN WE SWITCH OFF BOTH REFRIGERATORS PERMANNLTLY AS IT NOT IN USE, AND WE WILL FULLY EMPTY IT BEFORE SWUTCHING OFF COMPLETELY
