1. I applied for loan in ucash for Rs.2000 on 07/09/2020 early time like 1 AM
2. Then I get messgae form you Ucash your loan is disbursed to your card please check.
3. Then I check my bank account nothing will credited on that day
4. Next day I call to customer care they verify my account number and bank statement Sir please wait for 24 hours.
5. Then next day Morning I checked my bank account nothing credited.
6. I called again to customer care executive then said about this issue he asking again my bank statement verify and tell you statement given account and ucash bank given account was mismatch he tell benificary ID as account number I mentioned that to him..
7. He tell it will credited to your bank
8. I think money is return to Ucash the will cheat customer like I have all the proof Including voice record whats app chat and all..
