In hero rupee app they send amount to my account without my permission and they asked to return the money but I didn’t apply for any money and loan but they send money to me without my permission pls help from this

without my consent they have credited the amount to my account i have called on customer no 6001959256 but they are saying please pay on UPI ID 6304589320@dhani (Sudip Naskar) and told they will not charge penalty or something please help me what to do
