I ordered organza suit which was worth of 799rs
But I received the very cheap in quality and not what I received
I contacted them several types but no use of it
ordered a suit set from Anokhi Threads, but I did not receive what I ordered, but another item was sent to me, that item is not on their site, I don’t know where this order came from. I mailed their website regarding my product, till now have not received any response from their side, there is no phone number for register any complaint and there is no return option. I had registered a complaint on their website also, but there was no response, while it is written on their site that the executive will resolve it in 24 hours. If there is no response from your side then how will our issue be resolved and how will we return the item. Your return policy is also valid only for 7 days, 5 days have alredy passed. I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible. I have one more question that no text message is received regarding the product, neither out of delivery nor shipping, and this message and mail also did not come till now the product has been delivered to you. i saw their site on instagram liked the product so i purchased it but get a different product neither its quality is good nor its color looks like a cheap suit worth rs 200.. As soon as I send you his photo and photo of the suit again, you can see for yourself what you ordered on your site and what got. My order id is #7998.
