Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, There is an unauthorized Transaction made from my HDFC account also to inform you that without asking the OTP how the Amount is debited from my account. This is purely the security problem and i am not responsible for this and i am putting blame on Garena game and Google pay as without OTP an any intimation they have deducted the amount from the HDFC account from 19th December 2020 to 20-12-2020 and i lost nearly Rs. 10,810.00/-.
Who is responsible for this why without asking OTP it is getting debited from My account & i am not getting any sms regarding the debit amount also, Kindly need ur help to refund all the Debited Amount to my account as early as possible.
We Want our money back which is debited from my Hdfc account from the past 5 days.
The Transaction which done unauthorized in my sisters account is as follows:-
