Placed and order specifically for the delivery between 1-2 June, received an email about the confirmation of the delivery along with a delivery agents number after few hours received an email saying my order has been delivered.
No contact no info sent to me no one called me and when I try to call the agent the line goes busy.
This has affected my work since I am working from home and was expecting my order today at last but due to the delay, I won’t be able to work and it will cause me loss for the day.
The amazon agent I talked to wasn’t very helpful and wasn’t keen on providing a resolution, no empathy or will to help the customer and was saying that she gave all the info and nothing cannot be done.
Said I cannot raise an complaint before 4th June, why? If a customer has already been inconvenienced what’s the difference between today and 4th June.
And am I expected to lose work for 2 more days after today? Completely unacceptable
I would like to take this case further
