I ordered a set of 3bags by kamilient American Tourister on Jan 27, 2023. Bags showed on Flipkart website that it was delivered on jan 30, 2023. But the bags were not delivered to my delivery address. I opened issue with flipkart on Jan 30, 2023, they said issue will be resolved on Feb 4th. But the issue was not resolved. I told them that I paid 5700 rupees for these bags and I have not received bags as well. So please deliver bags or refund because I needed to travel on feb 16 so I requested to deliver bags before that. But bags were not delivered to me and refund was also not issued still, but issue was again marked resolved on Feb 4, 2023. So I opened issue again on Feb 4, now it said that it will provide solution before Feb 9th. On Feb 9th same thing happened, issue was marked resolved but I neither received bags and nor refund. Travel date was near so I had to buy bags from outside at expensive price. Untill this date I have not received bags and flipkart has not refunded my money back. So I must get what I paid for or at least give my refund back
