I am in a big trouble!!!! I ordered a pair of jeans from a website called BUSHCART.IN & to my disappointment, the product is totally a defective product. I ordered the colour black but I received a grey colour. Moreover, the QUALITY was shown in the video to be stretchable whereas the quality in real is absolutely disgusting. And now when I want to return it, there’s absolutely no way I can do so. The website doesn’t have any particular option for return. They just have a contact option wherein I entered my name, number, email id etc but even then, they haven’t contacted me yet. There was just one phone number that appeared on the website and even the switched off when I tried dialling it numerous times. I am so so disappointed & frustrated. I wish I knew about the consequences. I have paid a huge price of Rs 999/- for the product. Please help me out in getting my refund. This is so unfair and illegal. They’re selling damaged products and that too with invalid contact details.
