Dear Sir,
An online mobile seller advertised sale of mobile phone by phonedeals.co.in (got an AD in my face book for selling Note 7 Pro in Just Rs 2999).
I purchased a phone for Rs.2999 and got an online order no. PDS6742, for Note 7 Pro (64GB storage and 6GB RAM) on 1st June 2020. Payment of Rs 2999 was made DEBIT Card which got credited in the name of PayU Ankit Jain.
I got an automated mail from the website confirming the order but after the payment was made, i have realized it was happened and Till date I have not received any message/ information regarding the same, I also send email for status of this order on help@phonedeals.co.in but it gets bounced every time. Request to the concern authorities to help us in getting the transaction sorted out and prevent others from getting scammed by these fraudsters.
