I had ordered Jopasu car duster, mini duster and rejuvenator from Amazon on 1st June. The item got delivered to my address on 2nd June in packaged box (received by my wife). The delivery boy wanted the OTP from me even before delivery of the item, when I pressurised him to ring the door bell and handover the product to my wife, then he did the same. However when I returned from my office and opened the box, then I found mini duster was missing. I took a picture of the same with GPS camera. And informed the Amazon customer care through chat. The customer care had directed me to wait till 4th June. I again informed them on 3rd June about this, they again directed to wait till 4th June. On 4th June(today) I called customer care and told about this, and they are in view that you have given OTP the delivery boy so the items had been delivered to you. Whereas I am enclosing picture of the Product which I got from them, two mini duster are missing from it. How can I know from packaging that what Amazon has delivered to me? I have the call recording with the delivery boy also. Kindly look into the matter and direct the Amazon to deliver to mini duster to me which are missing from my order. Thanking you
