Please help me,

Order Total Rs : 749.00
Product : Jinee New Microfiber Flat Mop with Bucket,
Cleaning Squeeze Hand Free Floor Mop, Extra 1 Reusable Mop Pads,
Stainless Steel Handle, Extra Large, Multicolour
Payment : Via net banking
I had received the order with one of the item missing(Extra 1 Reusable Mop Pad), So, I placed item return request mentioning the same
During the day of pickup the pickup boy verified and did not take the product with him. I explained him that an item is missing so returning the product but he did not take the product
with him .I contacted amazon customer care and explained the scenario, they provided one more date for pickup . On the 2nd time also same guy came and did not pickup the product .
Again reached out to customer care and once again they have provide the new date and the guy came and did not pick up the product … The same scenario repeated 3 times .
I feel like they are checking the patient of the customer and I don’t think this process gonna end anytime soon and this would keep repeating and they wont take the product back and
return money. I am now completely feeling hopeless from Amazon India. You are only hope for me. Please help me to get the product returned and give my money back.
