It is UNACCEPTABLE, this is a scam. I paid for 4 items and only 3 items were delivered. When I try to report it, I am told to rate the vendor & share feedback. What will I do until then? Such an irresponsible answer from Swiggy.
Don’t even get me started on the quality. Received a bad quality food.

I have been seeing this occurring lately where Swiggy is just blind to these issues when customers report them.
I wish to talk to someone and with the limitations but I am unable to. I am going to involve consumer court because this is not how you cheat customers.
The food was pathetic, I wish to report the vendor too. Please connect with me immediately. NO response or solution to my questions.
