I just order some items from zomato and I some of the items are not present in the order. I try to contact the restaurant owner but he become unreachable then I mail about this to zomato and in response to it they said that sorry for the inconvenience but no refund will be given to you about this order.
Now if I have paid for like 2 burgers and received 1 then either you are supposed to give me my burger or my money back but they decline to do so. I have paid for order and not receive it completely.
