Dear Team,
I have bought an Mobile phone Asus Zenfone 2 (Silver, 32 GB) with the order ID OD113629700420766000. The product has the brand warranty of one year which is clearly mentioned in their website and also I have customer care calls where they clearly mentioned the same details. The product suddenly got discharge and on visiting the service center I found that the product has only six months of warranty because it’s not a new phone. I want to file a complaint of forgery of selling a phone stating as brand new. I have been facing lots of issue with the phone & would charge them with a case of forgery.
