Sir, I ordered a Firebolt Talk 2 watch from Amazon. Two days later, I got into customer service. After they say okay, we scheduled a pickup for your watch, you can return it. When the delivery boy reached my house I had provided the watch in original condition with its charger and all documentation. Also, I said the delivery boy to take photographs of the return product but he denied by saying that now the company will check it according to them. After 7 days of return my refund has not been initiated and when I contacted customer service regarding my refund. then they denied it by saying that we hadn’t received original product. When i told them that I had given the original product then they disconnect my call by saying that we will investigate it and now 2 days are over and there is no response from them. Now they are not giving my refund,please take an action against them. and help me to get my money back .
