Price-₹ 1007.10 delivery by 07 October 2022 delivery is good I have issue regarding by shoes size so I have return issue by UK 10 size ordered is dispatched on 12 Oct 2022
Order- #408-8957849-7250754 they were not pickup due to reason amazon customer saying seller are not provided or maybe shoes are defected some reason then you are not ordered again this shoes due to policy.

They will receive me 22 Oct 2022 in good condition UK size 10 and then after evening I checked my status regarding my refund so I call customer care and they pick a phone Mr.suraj Kumar and I told all information regarding my product refund
And how much time my money redunded 1399-1007=392 they said sir your previous payment not done right now we intiated with your previous order refund add on within week
Then I agree okay
After more than one week I call again
3 November 2022 & customer care says me sir you are not send your shoes uk-9 #403-3962810-2753142 and we have check our investigation team they are found zunk box also send me mail today your team 12:30 pm approx.
This is very uncomfortable service your side and your staff not loyalty your customer I suffered more than one month for no reason and your company blaim mei I should not pay shoes even I have ₹1 credit my account
Your amazon policy is clearly saying pickup delivery check your order then they permit in past o have many return but this time I don’t which one fault but you should properly check delivery agent and whose pick up warehouse and one thing I am calling today many time but your customer care just call up and saying 2 min hold then no one answer or call denied what a manner to communicate customer
Sir I humble request you please identify what did happened in this delivery my almost ₹1399 lost and I suffered one month also it’s big amount for my side. I hope you do right solution as a human being .
