I wanted to add RS. 5 to my paytm wallet, my mm money was debited by bank instantly but the amount is still not added to my wallet. Infact it showed that my transaction is declined and my money will be refunded within 7 days at that time. But now there is no failed transaction details shows in the paytm app of mine. I am shocked what is this ? Paytm shows successful transactions only. For which I couldn’t able to track my particular failed transaction. Is there someone who can answer me. This is a cheat app I should say. I want my money to be refunded to my wallet asap, else I will go for consumer forum, I have my bank statement along with me.
