i had made online payment for purchase of invoice to JIRAAF on 13.12.2022. JIRAAF team. says that the transaction failed and they did not receive the amount. they are saying the amount is with gateway party IBIBO WEB PRIVATE LTD the amount has not been transferred to my account till this date and time.
