I am madhumathi from ramamurthy nagar banglore. I have paid money to get new internet connection from airtel x stream fiber net on 4th April 2021. Recvd msg from them it’s not feasible and they will refund money. Again later on 8th April again recvd that their executive will contact us for new connection. When checked they have re registered it on their own. But till today no one has come not even receiving the call nor refunding our amount. They are not interested in responding to us. Kindly take the required action and refund us the money. We have paid the amount of rs 3532 to them.
