dear sir, I was loaded 20k in digipurse wallet in Jan 2018 iam unable use that money from wallet as that virtual was not acceptable in online .
I kept mail to customer support people( digipursecare@ Union bank of india) somany time but no one is reverting to that mail,
One of my family member is in hospital if I get that money means it will be very helpful for me .
Pls do need full help for me.
