Text of Complaint by Arunkumar:

I had requested for New Airtel broadband connection to my home. After talking to the sales executive and making payment. He assured me that tomorrow the installation will be done.  From Next day there was no proper interaction from that sales executive and no person from airtel came to installation. Now I have requested for refund of my money deposit. I am not getting proper response from the team…
