Hi concern,
I have deposited 1900 on 23rd April 2019 in my paytm wallet. While making transactions it showed that my KYC has expired. I requested for more than 10 times for doorstep KYC, but still no one has visited. I also requested to refund my amount to the same bank account from which I have transferred. But from almost 4 months I am suffering from this issue. The worst service I have seen from Paytm in this high peak of digital time. I request for refund, coz I don’t want to continue with this type of fraud companies. Hoping for faster response. Thanks!!
