I booked room a with help of Oyo nd payment done trough their app.. i get a room for 2 days for 1200 in online.. before am going to check in at hotel property.. they.. not accepted .. my booking.. they considered only 1 day charged 1200 we not accept oyo .. said by property manager.. then I paid extra.. 1200 rs for another day.. after.. check out time.. i informed.. to Oyo customer care. in call they.. asked.. send hotel’s.. recipient i attached to their email. They approved… Nd assured… Your amount will be credited.. in your account.. 7-14 days .. its 15th day till I didn’t get any rupee from their..
