I’ve ordered two Shirts from this online website called Easy Buuys on 01/01/2022. Since I was ordering for the first time from this website, I didn’t realise that it could lead me to fraud. I’ve paid the amount of Rs. 778 while placing the order and later only received one confirmation from the site that the payment had been received. Since then, I didn’t get any updates or contact from the site regarding my order, neither did I receive it. I don’t want my order, and I need my money back from this site. I’ve sent several emails to the provided customer service by Easy Buuys site but didn’t respond. I want to complain about this issue in the Consumer forum of India in the hope that such frauds don’t happen in future with anyone and J get my money back.
