I have a tought to install solar system for my house. So, I contacted my friend who is in this field and explained about different models available and i have opted the best suited model/capacity best suits my requirements.
i have applied for loan in MARCH for this product which is 3lakh rupees. 2,40,000rs is sanctioned loan and 68000rs(60,000rs downpayment &8000rs charges). i have paid that 68,000rs to loan issuer zest money.they told me that the whole amount will be transferred to the dealer.
Its been more than 2 months and the system is not given to me. he is saying that the system is in transit and delayed due to covid sisuations.
But now from past one week his phone is switched off and even they are closing the office.
the proof that i only have is the details of loan i have applied and the dealer name is also mentioned in it.
Is there any way that i can get my money back and punish that cheater?
if yes please help me i am paying emi for that loan 2 completer and paid 70000rs in downpayment and charges.
