I purchased a product from a instagram page: gifts_hub_collection but after making the payment I did not get proper response from them . They saw my messages and did not reply. I tried to contact them even through whatsapp and again they did not respond after seeing the payment details I sent. The payment (₹2080) was made on 04.03.2023 I was told that I will receive the product within 8-10days but it’s been over a month(todays date 09.04.2023) . So I would like to get a refund from the page: gifts_hub_collection.
