I used Paytm for Rs. 300/- or 400/-rs used in CLIXFIN (app – paytm postpaid).
I am forgot to repay payment for any reason and after time PAYTM collectcion agent contact me and say that pay 1000/-rs for closer of account and she says after 3 month account close in CIBIL then i am paid 1000/-rs for close the matter.
But till date PAYTM/CLIXFIN never do any update at CIBIL
I am request to you that please solve my problem ASAP
