Hi My is Godwin I am filing this complaint against paytm since they have cheated me by giving me false comments and statements every time I approach the customer service. They don’t respond on and its fraud. My Transfer me 7k on 9th May to my paytm business account. I never had any business account opened with paytm I don’t no how it happened and my old citi bank account was Linke to it. So I got a msg on 10th saying to change my account which I did and I thought I will get the money in 24hrs that’s what has been mentioned in the msg however that also didn’t happen they have sent me a link so with the link again I updated my bank account. They have sent and msg saying it will be added in 2 to 3 days to my account I waited but no amount was credited to me. Again I raised a complaint now again they saying 2days is this some kinda joke to them just fooling me from 9th may till 23rd may no amount has been credited to me. Now I want to take a legal action on this paytm since they have failed to give my money and also they have wasted my time my money by doing this transfer. This paytm is the biggest fraud company in India I wanna file a lawsuit against paytm now
