I’ve ordered a Kassually Printed Women Jumpsuit on 7th of April, 2023 and paid via UPI (Google Pay) and this is the Order ID – OD327773294018321100.

On receiving the product on 12th April, due to fitting and quality related issues I had to return the product and so made a request. And so returned the product on 13th April, and so I was also assured of the refund by 14th April.
This is the refund ID – 12202781363884098317.
But since 14th, the amount hasn’t been credited in my account and so I contacted the Flipkart team and they gave me a reference ID for the same showing that they have successfully credited in my account.

With this reference ID, I went to my home branch twice, but they denied and clearly told me that there’s no technical issue from their end and so I should ideally be contacting the Flipkart team.
And in turn, the Flipkart asked me to ask the home branch or the UPI customer service.
And in that way, they are putting blame on each other, instead of taking the responsibility.

Please help me with the same.
