Hi,
I received a damaged product from Chetan interiors who is a third party vendor with Amazon. The amount of this product was a 4 seater dinning table for Rs17,400. Since it was damaged, I returned the product. Return was arranged by the seller himself. Now the seller is cheating on me and stating that he did not receive ONE chair, and refunding ONLY Rs9600 as a refund. AMAZON as the authorized entity is also supporting the partial refund, and not supporting me as their customer.
