I had tried to book a Tatkal ticket from Rameshwaram to Chennai at 11 am on 11thJanuary 2018 and in the first instance the amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. The transaction details are mentioned below. I would like you to return the money back to my account at the earliest. ONE97 COMMUNICATIO/610103/46379500079527 – INR 1,881.08
For your information, I had booked the Tatkal ticket for the same sector from my friend’s TMB bank account and the ticket was booked successfully (PNR 4453888405 ) and the reference number is 11/01/2019 IRCTC/511620/4637950010857430 Rs.1,881.08
It is almost 10 days and I expect you to return the amount debited from my account WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY. I have learnt a very big lesson and I will never ever use PAYTM for any transactions in future as I am extremely disappointed.
