Text of Complaint by Sonam Singh:

I had placed an order worth 2.4k using my Amazon account. The moment I made the payment for the order Amazon froze my account.
I initiated a return by calling the customer helpdesk. However after pickup and return. It has been more than 20 days and I still haven’t received my return.
Amazon has freezed my account I can neither extract the order details nor can check the status.
