According to their policy, I should receive refund amounting to Rs. 19799 to my card (original payment mode) on cancellation of order but it’s being added as wallet balance on their dumb website without my consent. And on contacting their support, I’m being asked to wait. While it’s been more than 2 month now, they are giving me a false reason that payment gateway is not working.
