i have booked ticket on 16 th jan 2019 in IRCTC app from chidambaram to chennai egmore via PAYTM but the ticket is not booked due to some issues i got a message like the ticket was not booked ,but the amount of rs 650 is deducted from my indian bank account. please refund the amount as soon as possible.
