Paytm mall order number 12341365688.

I have bought a product using paytm mall for the order number mentioned above on Dec 12, 2020. Due to some reason I have cancelled that order on same day. It been more then 14 days now. I haven’t got the refund as well. There is not any facility to talk with any customer care representative, It’s only computer recorded voice. So I am not able to raise my issue.

This is poorest online shopping service I have ever seen.
