Hi This is regarding a flipKart order-OD120831858855316000, which was placed on 24th Jan 2021 for a Realme Narazo20 that was suppose to be delivered on 30th Jan 2021 and that was kept delayed and was not delivered till 6th of Feb 2021 and when we were calling flipkart customer number they were kept saying it will be delivered but finally we had to cancel the order. And since then I am chasing for my refund to get credited in my account. As per FlipKart they are saying it should have been credited on 16th but it was never credited I contacted my Bank also after insisted by FlipKart customer service representative but as expected that told me that the amount was never credited and asked to contacted Flipkart again. Now I am seriously getting frustrated because of these hassles. Request you to please help me with that.
