Text of Complaint by Dilip Kumar:

Hi,

I have recharged my videocon d2h account:214313273 on June 17 at 11.55 am for INR 301/- through Google Pay. The amount has been deducted from my bank and the purchase has been successfully completed by Google Pay.  But I am yet to receive the amount in my videocon d2h account. I have enquired with both my bank and Google Pay to find the issue and they gave me the proof that the amount has been credited to Videocon yes bank account. But videocon customer care is informing me that it is not credited or no such transaction happened on the mentioned date and time. Not sure, where my money got stuck. I am helpless. Please resolve.
